Thank you for your message. It is an interesting crossroads that we have come to. The whole point of philosophy is, I think, to try and relate it to one's personal attitudes, way of living and thoughts. I do agree with you that 'dharma' is of the utmost importance. I suppose in the hypothetical case of the unfaithful wife and husband, the husband would not commit the sin of taking his wife's life simply because his 'dharma' would not allow it. Once your 'dharma' is highly evolved, moral issues become crystal clear. The ego is certainly second place then.
